Autonomous Worker Contract & Isolation

Authorized workers authenticate via scoped tokens (worker:execute). They lease queued jobs, execute code changes inside isolated sandboxes, verify test suites pass, and submit structured patches back to TaskBridge. The independent QA verification agent then inspects every patch prior to marking the task verified.
